This policy applies to California residents and all users of USAdGrids services. It describes how WINALL Media, LLC collects, uses, and protects your personal information in compliance with the CCPA, CPRA, CAN-SPAM Act, and California Insurance Code advertising requirements.

USAdGrids, operated by WINALL Media, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), is committed to protecting the privacy of independent Life Insurance Agents and visitors who use our website and services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.), and all other applicable federal and California state privacy laws. 2. Categories of Personal Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information when you use our site or services: Identifiers: Full name, email address, mailing address, IP address, and device identifiers collected when you submit a territory claim form, contact us, or visit our website. Professional or Employment Information: California Department of Insurance (CDI) license number, license type, product lines licensed, and state of domicile — collected when you submit a territory claim. Commercial Information: Records of territory reservations purchased, including product line, city, and payment transaction records (processed by Stripe; we do not store full credit card numbers). Internet or Network Activity: Browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and device information collected automatically via server logs and analytics tools. Geolocation Data: Approximate location derived from IP address for the purpose of verifying California residency and territory eligibility. Communications: Content of emails or messages you send to us. We do NOT collect: Social Security numbers, government-issued ID numbers (other than CDI license numbers voluntarily provided), biometric data, health information, or financial account numbers.

3. Purpose of Collection and Use

We collect and use personal information for the following business purposes: Territory Reservation Processing: To verify your eligibility as a California-licensed independent Life Insurance Agent, process your territory claim, and deliver optimization services. License Verification: To confirm your California Department of Insurance license number and status before activating your territory reservation. Communications: To send you transactional emails related to your reservation (confirmation, onboarding, status updates) and, with your consent, marketing communications about USAdGrids services. Compliance: To comply with California Insurance Code advertising requirements (Cal. Ins. Code § 1726 et seq.), the CAN-SPAM Act, and other applicable laws. Analytics and Improvement: To understand how visitors use our website and improve our services. We use anonymized or aggregated data for this purpose where possible. Fraud Prevention: To detect and prevent fraudulent territory claims or misrepresentation of licensing status. We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

4. AI Tools and Data Processing Disclosure (California AB 2013)

In compliance with California's AI transparency principles, we disclose that USAdGrids uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools in the following ways: Content Creation: AI tools assist in drafting, structuring, and optimizing Life Insurance Agent authority profiles. All AI-generated content is reviewed by a human professional before publication. Website Operations: AI tools may be used to analyze website traffic patterns and improve user experience. No personal information is used to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent. No Automated Adverse Decisions: We do not use AI to make automated decisions that deny, limit, or condition access to our services based on personal characteristics. Third-Party AI Services: Our optimization work involves submitting structured content to third-party AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google, Bing). We do not share personally identifiable information with these platforms beyond what is publicly included in your Life Insurance Agent authority profile (name, license number, city, product line, contact information you authorize for publication).

5. Disclosure and Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share personal information with the following categories of third parties for legitimate business purposes: Service Providers: Stripe, Inc. (payment processing); email delivery providers (transactional and marketing emails); website hosting and analytics providers. All service providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us. Legal Compliance: We may disclose personal information to law enforcement, regulatory agencies (including the California Department of Insurance), or courts when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public. Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this policy. We do not share CDI license numbers or Life Insurance Agent professional information with any third party except as required for service delivery or legal compliance.

6. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the following rights under the CCPA and CPRA: Right to Know (§ 1798.110): You have the right to request that we disclose: (a) the categories of personal information we have collected about you; (b) the categories of sources from which we collected it; (c) our business purpose for collecting it; (d) the categories of third parties with whom we share it; and (e) the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you. Right to Delete (§ 1798.105): You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., information needed to complete a transaction, comply with a legal obligation, or detect security incidents). Right to Correct (§ 1798.106): You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you. Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing (§ 1798.120): We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No opt-out is required, but you may contact us to confirm. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information (§ 1798.121): We do not use sensitive personal information (as defined by CPRA) beyond what is necessary to provide our services. Right to Non-Discrimination (§ 1798.125): We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service based on your exercise of privacy rights. 7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically: Territory reservation records (name, email, CDI license number, city, product line) are retained for 7 years to comply with California business records requirements and potential regulatory inquiries. Payment transaction records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Full credit card numbers are never stored by USAdGrids. Website analytics data is retained for 24 months in identifiable form, then anonymized or deleted. Marketing email opt-out records are retained indefinitely to honor your preferences.

8. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting California residents, we will notify affected individuals in accordance with California Civil Code § 1798.82.

9. Email Communications and CAN-SPAM Compliance

USAdGrids sends two categories of email: Transactional Emails: Order confirmations, onboarding instructions, and service-related updates. These are required for service delivery and are not subject to marketing opt-out. Marketing Emails: Promotional content about USAdGrids services, new product lines, or territory availability. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by: (a) clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email; or (b) emailing [email protected] with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line. 10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for licensed insurance professionals who must be at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. 11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors.
