USAdGrids, operated by WINALL Media, LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), provides Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services for independent, non-captive Life Insurance Agents ("Life Insurance Agent," "you"). Our service is designed to improve your visibility in AI-generated search results for specific product lines in specific geographic territories.
We commit to working with only one independent Life Insurance Agent per product line per city at any given time. "City" is defined as the city and state combination you specify at checkout. "Product line" is defined as the specific insurance product category you select. This exclusivity is by policy and is not a legally enforceable guarantee. We reserve the right to modify territory definitions at our discretion with reasonable notice.
Results vary significantly by market, product line, competition level, and AI engine update cycles. We do not guarantee specific placement in AI-generated answers, specific lead volumes, or specific revenue outcomes. Statements such as "typical results within 30–60 days" are illustrative estimates based on general industry observations and are not guarantees of individual performance. All scenarios described on our website are illustrative only.
The one-time territory investment is non-refundable once optimization work has commenced. Optimization work commences within 3 business days of payment confirmation. If you request a refund before work has commenced, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days. We do not offer partial refunds.
You must hold a valid, active insurance license in the state where you are claiming a territory. You must be an independent, non-captive Life Insurance Agent — meaning you are not exclusively contracted to represent a single insurance carrier. We reserve the right to verify your licensing status and to terminate service without refund if you misrepresent your eligibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WINALL Media, LLC's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific territory at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
